BOWP application

I am about to apply the BOWP application since my work permit will expire in 4 months.
Do we need to attach the letter of explanation in the client information? OR It is okay just attach AOR letter and current work permit.

Do you have separate fields where to attach them? My thought is: if you have Client information, separate from others, write a short letter, making point why do you need the permit.

Thank you for your reply. I applied the BOWP application with a letter of explanation, AOR letter and a valid work permit.

What would one be writing in the explanation letter?

I just wrote that my closed work permit will expire soon so I am applying for BOWP. Some people say we don't need a letter, but I attatched the letter along with AOR and work permit.
