BOWP checklist question

I applied for permanent residency through CEC inland. I am now applying for a BOWP and my personal document list does not mention the need for a common-law statutory declaration (partner is a Canadian citizen). I found a broader checklist on the IRCC site and it mentions needing a common-law statutory declaration. Do I upload this document under ‘client information’? Also, can I use the same one I submitted with my permanent residency application that was signed in December 2023? Thanks!
