How do you find out when you're approved... do you get an email or do you just log into MyCIC and check?

thanks to all . I log on to mycic it was updated earlier today than later today check again it says approve. Didn't get email yet. Hope they mail bowp tomorrow

bowp is not used for re-entry purpose unless you are returning from US.

my BOWP was approved but did not received a message stating that it was mailed :-\ Anyone who got approved how long did it take you to receive the BOWP in the mail

No I am not from visa exempt country. Is valid bowp enough for temporary resident visa.

It took 8 days. My address was Toronto and I applied online.

Ok than yes you will have to apply for TRV and the BOWP is sufficient source process time is only 11 days which is good.

9th April it was approved and 16th my friend received in mail
