Hello,
I had submitted my PR application on 16 Oct 2014 and recieved my AOR on 18 Feb 2015. After that the only correspondence has been related to the request for T4 and NOA.
Subsequently I applied for BOWP(2nd extension) on 18th Feb (paper application). Kindly confirm whether CIC is expediting the BOWP applications for everyone? According to the website the processing time is 114 days. I have to leave Canada on a mobility assignment by 1 June and was hoping I get the BOWP by then.
Thanks
Chill Bro.
I think you're more likely to get PR or CoPR than BOWP by June 1st, which would ensure you legit for leaving Canada temporarily. As for the WP processing time, for a very long while since September 2015, unfortunately I see the processing time is more or less consistent with 114 days. My colleagues and I didn't get BOWP any week less than the posted processing time.
My BOWP was approved Friday (submitted Feb 17), but most of the updates here seem to be backing up the posted timelines. That said, I agree with nukenoodles.

That was fast! (relatively to 115 to 120 days now, and irrelevant to 14 days back in August 2015).
Are yours online application? It seemed so as online application processing time had been reduced. I still have no news for my wife's paper based SOWP on Feb 23.
We both seem to have pretty much the same timelines. The difference is that I haven't received the medical request till now. I will probably go for Upfront medicals this month, maybe that will make a difference.
The same for me: I'm an October 14th 2014 applicant, got my CoPR about 3 weeks ago, doing inland landing in 2 weeks in Edmonton (got my appointment a week ago).
I applied for my 2nd BOWP online on February 16th and got it approved on Saturday. I called CIC before to ask about how to get a refund for my BOWP as I won't need it (got my CoPR) and they told me that it would be automatic as the office would check my file first and see that my RP has been approved.
