I plan to apply for BOWP and OWP for my spouse at the same time, by paper.
Should we send both application in the same envelope, since they are connected? I am afraid that my spouse wont get his work permit if they open his application first, since he directly depends on me
His application will be in a separate envelope, but it will have a copy of your current permit. So when they enter your UCI they will get all information on you. Put two envelopes (1 for him, 1 for you) inside a big envelop. That way they will be opened at the same time.
Remember they don't issue permits on whose application was opened first. Permits are issued on the merit and documentation of the application.

I would like to, but my work permit expires by the end of may and I'll send my PR application on may 10th. I'll have to apply without AOR and since letter application takes more time then online, I have more time to get AOR and get my BOWP aproved without any issues
