BOTH of 2 mailing labels should be in English if I'm living in USA???

I am not the US citizen but currently living in the US.

In the instruction, CIC requires to send "2 self-addressed mailing labels one in English or French and the second in the official language of your country"

In my case, I will send application to Buffalo and my address is in the US. So I guess both of the addresses should be written in English, am I correct?

one has to be in english or french, and the other should be in the official language of the US

OK I got it, so one should be in English and the other should be in American LOL.
