The devils always in the detail so what colour should be used when filling in the application? Blue or Black.

i agree with black, although the best way to go is to use the fillable forms online and print them out complete!
 
All the forms say to use Black ink.

Seems silly, but then I hate writing in blue ink anyway ;)

hi, i just started off my forms printing. i filled all forms on PC but i want to know what is better to use, black or blue ink for signing the application?
