BLS Surrey PCC application

Hi.. Please let us know if anyone had sent documents for pcc after 13th June, received initial mail from BLS. I sent documents on 15th June... still no response. Please help

Hello,
You don't have to worry about the return label and return envelope. I confirmed with BLS and they said that once we get your passport back with PCC from CGI, we will generate a return label and send your passport to you.

I dont think so there is any option for counselor service under pick up and drop off. Are you talking about payment option by: applicant or call center?

Bro it's better to call BLS office because you need PCC and PCC comes under Passport services so just double check with them if it's possible to change it or you can create a new pickup/drop off label but then you have to pay again.
