BITS confirmed me that they have dispatched my documents to WES on 6th Sept 2019. But I have not received confirmation from WES yet. I have asked BITS to share the tracking number.
Does any one know how long it takes for the documents to reach WES from BITS?

Hey since you have already been through the process, could you answer some of my questions?
1. The form has three sections - Student Details, Requestor Details and Client Details. So if I'm not wrong, the Requestor Details would have WES' details(what should the requestor type be?), Client details would be the company details that offered my this program. Am I correct?
2. How can I get BITS to send the certificates attested and sealed directly to WES?
Can anyone confirm if only transcripts are enough? I am completing the M-Tech wilp course next semester, the provisional degree is issued in 3 months after final semester report and not providing provisional degree certificate will save me 3 months.

I have completed MS in Telecommunications and Software Engineering from BITS, Pilani through WILP. I have request my transcript in sealed envelop delivered to me. I have submitted request through http://wilpdar.bits-pilani.ac.in/graduation/instructions.html.
Anyone who has requested through same link help me with following?
How much time does it generally take them to send the envelop?
I have not send them the generated form and payment receipt through email. Considering it is an online system, I assumed the application form should be automatically sent to them. Or do I need to send them a copy of application form generated through above system along with payment receipt?
I have pass out in 2018 form Bits and received the mark-sheets(except 4th sem marksheet), provisional degree certificate and transcript. As per new norms, the institute will have to send the sealed transcript to canada embassy on behalf of student. Do you know how to apply to have Bits dispatch transcript to Canda embassy?
Hi, I guess, by now you both received your BITS Pilani transcript. Now I am going to request them for my transcript.
How much did you pay for it? As per their portal, it's almost 5300 INR or 230$ for just 1 transcript. or am I getting it wrong?

The provisional degree certificate for students passing in dec is usually provided in mid of january. You Can then apply using provisional degree certificate. The only down point is that it will be a Season for Wes, meaning there will be a lot of people applying for the same. I am being one of them. I would suggest you to be ready with your application by mid of january.
Once you received provisional degree certificate, you need to apply with bits for transcripts and provisional degree certificate and send scanned copy of Wes request form. Bits will create all those documents and along with the Wes request form they will courier it as well.
Steps are given on bits website.
As far as i know Wes accepts provisional degree certificate. It is listed on their website for required list of documents.
