I born on district head quarter and my birth certificate has same. My passport contains my village name in place of birth field. Address has my district(head quarter) name. Can i use my birth certificate as proof. Birth certificate has all details my name, father name & mother name in full.
Birth certificate contains
Place of Birth : Vijay Nursing home,GUNTUR
Passport contains:
Place of Birth :Tadikonda
Address in passport: Tadkonda(Po Mandal), Guntur (district)
My 10th class certificate has my name in full & my father name with surname initials & my date of birth.
Please suggest me what should i do.
Can i write place of birth as Tadikonda,Guntur in all documents & submit birth certificate.
or secondary school certificate alone is good.
When i call CIC they say we don't need to certify/notarize any documents unless specified.
If you are in canada, You can apply for Birth Certificate from Indian Consulate along with Police Clearance certificates. Indian consulate give the Birth certificate based on the Passport details, so you should be good. Once you receive the certificates and while applying, ensure that you enclose a copy of your Xth certificate also.

I don't see any problem as your birth place is mentioned (Guntur) both on passport and BC. With that said, it depends on VO and how he views it. My suggestion get an affidavit from a lawyer (in Canada) to be on safer side along with your marks cards and explain your situation in a covering letter and send your application.
How u handled it, I'm in same situation. place of birth is different in both birth certificate and passport. what procedures have u followed. Please help me out. Thanks in advance.
