Me and my wife birth certificates have the title Community, nativity, and Date of birth certificate.
The certificates were having columns
1. community written in local language
1. The same written in english.
2. Nativity written in local language.
2.The same(nativity) written in english.
3.place of birth-local language
3.place of birth in english
4.Date of birth in local language.
4.Date of birth in english
Can I send the same or should this needs any notarization stating that the same is written in English.
Not an official answer on my part, but is it EVIDENT that the English is the direct translation? For example, are the bullets numbered exactly as you have them and are there certain words that appear the same like a place name and the date, so an ordinary person would look at it and immediately think this is an official document with both Native and English written on it? If that is the case, I can't imagine it would need to be translated a second time. But, that is just my opinion. I think someone had the same question not long ago. You may want to do a search on the forum.
Please notarise a copy of the document and have it sent the authority needing it. You don't have to do further translation since it has been done on the same document.
