There are translators in Delhi (I don't know your location) who are fast and experts. About birth certificate, I'll suggest you check if you can get it, as I get it for myself and my wife. I am 34 yr old. If you are sure that you can't get in that case 10 the passing certificate which has parent's name with affidavit may do the job. Template is available just Google it.
