Paid biometrics fee of $85 Canadian dollar and sent it via webform Do I have to pay another fee to VFS Global? I was told I would have to wait for bar code to make an appointment.
in Nairobi, Kenya Canadian Visa Application Centre.

Thanks, it was my first time using webform. There is a section To For Inquiry I wrote biometrics I was not sure but next I made an attachment for of the receipt. After the attachment I received the following message

Not to worry, as far as the you entered your information, and uploaded and submitted the receipt you've done your part. You'll receive an email confirming receipt was received (my spouse rec'd confirmation within 3 weeks).

The section you're referring to is just to provide some context re: what you're submitting, and in the event there's any changes to your personal information (mailing/residence address, email address, phone number, etc) you would use that section to provide an update.

Thanks, this is very much helpful. We are given 30 days to complete biometrics. Do we have enough time to complete it as biometrics instruction is taking time? Thanks

As for how many days given to complete biometrics, I'm not sure. If anything I'm sure it will be stated in the biometric instruction letter.
Once you receive letter book your appointment online immediately - to complete your biometrics asap.

Lol, that I am not sure of until we get to that stage I'll have an idea. I'm very new to this whole immigration process - first time sponsor and my spouse is a first time applicant.

You won't be able to schedule an appointment if you haven't received the Confirmation Biometric Instruction letter.

I believe you do when you are asked. they will send you a letter to pay the fee. Then wait for the next letter - biometrics instructions. I am waiting biometrics instructions letter.
