My biometrics not updated yet and is been like that since July 10. Though secondary applicant update immediately but the primary applicant did not update till now . I raise a webform and don’t know what else to do . I also check the validity tool and is saying not valid or unavailable , I forget the exact English

Mine says “Not applicable” i have raised this concern to vfs but they told me that all biometrics are forwarded to ircc the same day

Can you please what happened in the end? How long did it take? i am on the same boat. Father not updated but mother biometrics updated. thanks!

Hi, I have the same situation, I gave my biometrics on 20th October, and it’s been 5 days there is no update on my GC key account yet, the biometrics enrolment date is reflecting on the upper right side of the gc key but under biometrics status, it still shows ‘your fingerprints are needed’
I have raised several webforms regarding this issue as well, but I haven’t received a reply yet.
