I applied yesterday online for study permit. This was my second time applying.
I gave in my biometrics today morning at the nearest VAC and just now i got an email from CIC updating on my application. When i have the biometrics, the status was "Not needed at this time", and now 14 hours after i gave my biometrics, CIC updates it to "Action required". I don't remember what happened the first time i applied. Will it take time for the biometrics to update?
