Biometrics Letter - for student visa application delayed

Hi , who’s here facing the same issue?
I submitted or lodged my application last Jul 31, and as of today august 26. I haven’t received Biometrics Instruction Letter. I am so worried.
I just wanna know who have the same case and how long it took to receive your BIL?

Fill a webform or send a email to them. generally we get letter the next day after paying fees

I’m under agency and they already sent a webform or email to update my online application but still we haven’t received any BIL from them ..
