For about a week now our application has said biometrics are in progress, but haven’t received the letter to get them done. Anyone have this happen before? Hubby did his biometrics done in 2019 but wasn’t for Canada.
 
Its normal but just double-check the IRCC number. I applied for my wife's PR via the inland spousal visa process. She did her biometrics on January 2022 and we were surprised to get a letter from IRCC that they hadn't received her biometrics yet. Come to find out the dumbass who processed her biometrics accidentally switched up one of the digits of her IRCC number. She re-did it but its just an unnecessary delay.

Yeah it was same for me since 25 Feb, got the bio letter on 7th March only.

He hasn’t gotten the request yet, just keeps saying biometrics in progress. So he hasn’t gone for them

Ok thank you!! I was anxious that we missed the letter somehow but it hasn’t been sent anywhere. I’ll be a little more patient
