Biometrics for Visitor Visa Extension

My mother is currently in Canada; She has a multiple entry TRV and her passport is stamped for a stay upto September.

I applied for an extension (visitor record) online to extend her stay but now they've sent an email asking for biometrics. However all biometric collection points within Canada (Service Canada) are closed and the processing time is currently 135 days. What do I do?

question, whne filing for extension. Did you provide financial support proof?

my parents are here but their internet banking is blocked. and don't have statements is there an alternative?

No I haven't. I showed my financial statements for proof of support.
