Biometric Not Updated

Hi. I completed my biometrics on 21st Aug,2023. The details are not updated in my account yet. And the status still says, Your action is required and that i need to give fingerprints.

According to the biometrics letter, we are supposed to submit our biometrics within 30 days of receiving the letter. Though I completed it, they are making it delayed. Raised multiple webforms, even reported technical issue, but NOT EVEN ONE REPLY still.

Also contacted the vfs in my country , and they said they have submitted already and that ircc is in control and that i can raise webforms and wait. When i asked my representative in canada to contact ircc, the agent in canada mentioned that they dont have access still and they’ll process only after receiving my biometrics. Who’s at fault now? Really frustrated as ircc is remaining silent.

Did you try to check in biometric validity tool? Cause mine doesnt show up also in the tool

Yes i tried. It says my biometrics is not available. Which means, they haven’t updated at all.

Also, in my account these fields are remaining empty in Applicant information column.

We have the same case. I also contacted vfs here and they told me that they already forwarded all bio to ircc on the same day. Raised webform also. I had my bio july 31. Let me know when you got an update

My biometrics is finally updated. We put a customer feedback in the place where we submitted biometrics. They called me the next day , i explained and sent screenshots to them. And it got updated by the end of the day. Try doing it!

Even i have the same issue. I gave my biometric on 11 Aug 2023. But still its not updated in ircc portal. submitted webform also. No update yet. Who did you contact in ircc?

Webform replies are very late. You should try submitting customer feedback form in the VFS branch which you submitted.

my biometric updated after 24 hour in my PR Tracker when they updated my account then biometric also updated.

My Biometric was captured on 3rd of October and today is 9th October and the deadline from Ircc for me to submit my biometric is 16th October. The biometric is not updated ( not showing up) on Ircc website. What can I do?
