Biometric letter

Hi, my question is about biometric letter. I have to do biometric collection. I applied for Canada visa 10 days ago but I do not know why I have not received any biometric instruction letter yet (referral letter). My application was confirmed. I even was charged for biometric test. I know that I have to go to a VAC place for fingerprint collection but I need a referral letter first.

I would appreciate your help!

That is strange. Try emailing your local visa office or a case specific inquiry. Usually a biometric request message shows up within 48 hours.

I am in the same situation. I have submitted my visitor visa application through cic online but it has been 2 days that I have not received my biometric letter.

Any idea why they are not sending anymore the biometric letter right after receiving the payment?
