Biometric letter not received

Yesterday I submitted application for student visa under sds. Also I paid the visa processing and biometric fee. But still I didn't receive my biometric instruction letter instead I got a mail from cic saying your status has been updated, hence I checked my gic account where under the eligibility criteria it is showing application is under process. IAM really confused when I could expect my BIL. Also without biometric how they are doing background check.
Application is submitted on 23-09-2019

Thanks for rpy sir, but the letter should come within 24 hrs from date of submission then y it's getting delayed in my case?do u know the reason sir?

It is getting delayed for everybody I applied on 20 still no instruction letter

Could you please help me:
My father and mother applied for Visitor visa together with same GC key and paid the Family Biometric Fee of 170CAD. Biometric Instruction letter received only for my father with in 24Hrs, but my mother didn't get yet.
What should I do now?
