Biometric instructions letter (BIL) not received even after a month also paid 235CAD

I had applied my study visa file on 9 Nov 2020 and made 235 CAD payment and have receipt for the same but even after a month I have not received my Biometric instruction letter (BIL) which usually is received within 24 hours. I don't know why this is happening and when will I receive it. I have raised webforms and have also emailed them but got no reply.

I have heard this too, one of my friend also lodged her file on 9th and didn't receive BIL yet. Also i have seen many people(9th November) eho haven't recieved BIL in Facebook group. She also raised webform but didn't receive any thing.

Okk. Yes this has become a big issue but nothing is being done

I'm also in same situation, applied online on 6th Nov 2020 SDS online India, Paid visa and bio fee along application but didn't got my BIL yet. Raised webforms, sent mails but still no BIL.

Hi I received my bil today. I will help you. Fill webform of Canada and attach your payment receipt.

Thats great, I have already paid Biometric Fee Along with Visa fee with my application and paid $235 cad are you talking about this payment receipt ? Where can I find this receipt ?
