I filed my mother's and father's visitor visa to attend my graduation ceremony through same application with my father being the primary applicant. I got the Biometric instruction letter for my father within 24 hours but i didn't receive the BIL for my mother (It's been 5 days now). I tried raising a webform too and i didn't get any response from them yet. Does anyone know what else can i do? or how much time should i wait more?
Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

Any update on this? Did u mom receive the bill? I am waiting on my mom's as well. I applied for myself, and my mom and dad. Dad and I received our BIL ,and we gave our biometrics, but mom has not even received hers yet. What did u do apart from sending the web form?
We applied on April 18 and sent a webform 3 weeks later due to missing biometrics letter. Got a generic reply beginning of June to send a webform to the specific visa offfice and still no response. Anyone from mid April still waiting? Anyone sent webform to Abu Dhabi ircc office and got a reply?
