BIL received only for the primary applicant but not for the dependent

Hello,
I filed my mother's and father's visitor visa to attend my graduation ceremony through same application with my father being the primary applicant. I got the Biometric instruction letter for my father within 24 hours but i didn't receive the BIL for my mother (It's been 5 days now). I tried raising a webform too and i didn't get any response from them yet, its been a week now. Does anyone know what else can i do? or how much time should i wait more?
Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

Wait a week more and in the meanwhile try calling IRCC
