Biometric instruction letter delayed

Hello All,

I submitted my parents' visitor visa application 2 weeks back and the very next day, I received the biometric instruction letter for my father.
I waited for a week but still did not receive the biometric letter for my mother. I raised a web inquiry form last week. I got a response to this web inquiry after 2 days saying the query has been forwarded to an officer for review.
It's been exactly 2 weeks now since I submitted the visitor visa application and still have not received the biometrics instruction letter for my mother
Is this normal? what should I do next?

I’m waiting since May28th, received my dad’s bil on May 28th. How about you? Thank you

I see some posts in the past for delayed letter. But since this is for visitor the letter is expiring on June 25th. Not sure if I should ask my dad to get the biometrics done before June 25th or wait until we receive mom's letter. I did already raise a web inquiry but no response from there as of yet.

I was actually waiting too, but I already got the appointment for my dad cause the appointments are like a week ahead. It’s better you get your dads. I raised a form too it went to Delhi office, I might call as well.
