Biometric collection letter

Hello everyone
My father applied for canadian visitor visa to come see us here yesterday as a group (my father, my mother and my sister)
After submitting the application and paying the fee including biometrics, he received the biometric collection letters for my mother and sister but not for himself.. is it normal? Shall we do something or just wait?
