Hello everyone,
I have received my biometric collection letter within Canada and as per the government updated process will have to wait for a phone call to book the appointment. I received the letter on July 14th, 2020 and have been waiting since. On the application online is shows biometric not need although I have never given one. What should I be doing? please help.
If you have received your biometric letter then you have to wait for them to call you. Nothing else. Once they call, write the date and address of the Service Canada down.
