Seriously, it is exactly how she describes it: If the government had accepted her amendment, the Senate wouldn't have had to do it. If people had listened to her, this bill wouldn't have been stuck in the Senate that long. She is absolutely right with what she says and with pointing out that issue.

Jenny Kwan is one of the last people we should criticize. She is a strong supporter of our cause.
