When i asked my Senator in Alberta how the HoC approach each each bill that they receive and whether or not it follows a specific order, he emailed me back stating "The Leader of the Government in the House of Commons will decide in what order and when the government will resume debate of this Government bill in the House."
Please pardon me if this question is not relevant to the forum or answered elsewhere. What is happening with the 183 days rule? Is it being revoked or not? Thank you.
Haha,,, I watched the debate and I can say C-6 will be scrutinized even more than what's happening to C-4 at the HoC. Don't expect C-6 to be passed any time soon. I wouldn't be surprised if it dragged on for months especially with the coming Summer holiday.

C-4 was not even a debate, it was just a bunch of MPs yelling at each other. C-6 will not drag over to summer, y'all acting as if you forgot the entire last month that the government was asking Senate to stop dragging the Bill so they could finalize it quickly. It's only been in HoC for one day. There are two months to go for Canada Day 2017. More than enough for them to pass the Bill and implement it
The Message between Sen and HoC has been posted online. It's all very well and reasonably explained.
