It WON'T - because even the cons know the HoC will return it. This amd is not going to pass in the SoC.

Just my opinion, I don't think HoC will ever pass this amendment even if it passes the Senate. This changes the core of C6. Without the residency change, C6 is useless.

amendments accepted are the ones that correct flaws or add added value to the proposed bill .
But to accept amendments that destroy the whole bill , will never happen .

Amendment is restoration of C24. Nothing change.

This amendment restores the 4/6 rule and cancels the time pre-PR credit, it basically undoes the Bill and brings it back to C-24
