No you misheard him. He was NOT referring to the time for this amendment. He was talking about when someone appeals his citizenship revocation, if there is a time limit on the process in court. No one was talking about time limits on debate or anything.

Guys we all want the bill to pass, but i would have been shocked if it passed without amendments, i don't think the purpose is just to delay the bill, liesten to the amendments it may make sense to you
