Looks like John McCallum is getting replaced tomorrow as Immigration Minister, not sure how this is going to effect in coming days..

At least this will be positive , they won't have to add amendments for her case now...

She will remain in cabinet, but it's not clear in what position. Maybe they will make her the new immigration minister....

I know JT wants to be politically correct and have a diverse cabinet, but appointing a 31 years old as Minister of Democratic Institutions is stretching it a bit. Being a Minister is one of the highest positions, and requires excessive experience and insight, probably that needs more than 20 years to be attained.

I am assuming Ahmed is a dual citizen himself, so he have a better understanding of the implications of C-24 and how it is unfair on the rest of us.
