You are correct. If bill gets passed from HoC and became a law , which is most likely. But starting date is a big debate point. Minister said that he would implement as soon as possible. Let's see.

Yeah...Important now onward is HOC +Royal ....implantation of as a new law .

It may be implemented next year...if i am not wrong unless CIC is ready with all changes .
