They will only speak about C-6 at 5:30 to vote on the sub-amendment of Senator Carignan. Hopefully they'll vote on the amendment right after

They are following the order of the day, they went back for C-4 because the Senator who wanted to speak was not yet there and they will do C-6 at 5:30PM. The rest follows the order of the day

No, they didn't JUST decide that. They decided on Thursday that they will have the vote at 5:30. It was in the order paper SINCE THURSDAY that the vote will happen at 5:30. So of course the vote will happen at 5:30. Why are people surprised/devastated/frustrated by that? It literally has been saying 5:30pm for the last four days.

Yes they are following the order of the day. The order of the day says 5:30pm for the vote on the subamendment. That's when it will be happening.
They haven't just decided to push it to 5:30, it's the result of the standing vote of the sub-amendment introduced last thursday, it was originally scheduled at 5:30 friday but then they accepted that debate resume Tuesday instead to stop the filibustering from the Cons. On 5:30 they will have the standing vote for the sub-amendment that was rejected on oral vote then anything could happen but it seems like Senators know that there will be a vote on Senator McCoy's amendment, like off the record agreement with Cons.
I hope, we won't see a repetition of last Thursday today! So, I pray for the best, but expect the worst!
are they really going to introduce more amendments, because then ill stop giving a crap about this bill...real talk!!!
