Better appear in IELTS or get job offer?

I live in the US. I appeared in IELTS last month. My overall score was 7.5 (L-9, R-7.5, S-7, W-6.5). Based on my experience my CRS comes to 414. Adding a job offer from a Canadian company adds 50 points and makes my CRS 464. Should I start applying for jobs in Canada or reappear in IELTS? Thank you.
