Canada has a number of different immigration programs each with their own requirements. You will need to research these programs to find out what it takes to apply. I would recommend you start with the Express Entry program. Details below:
Note that to be able to work as a teacher in Canada you will need to complete additional certification once you arrive here. Also, Canada has more teachers than teaching jobs available - so it can be quite difficult to find teaching jobs for new immigrants to Canada.

Your current occupation would most likely qualify under A or B type of NOC.
If you have university degree (at least 3 years study) and have a decent English and a very good French (which is very probable).
Go for Express entry, get your language skills assessed and your diploma as well and then try to hit Ontario PNP French stream.
