Best time to do landing at rainbow bridge Naigra falls ?

Hello everyone . Can anyone tells me what is the best time of the day to do landing at naigra falls rainbow bridge ? Also can I walk to the bridge or take my car ? I'm confused . Would apreciate If someone can explain me in brief how to proceed for landing in my personal vehicle . ThanKS alot

Immigration/landing services at Rainbow Bridge are available 24/7. Weekends during the day are certainly busier than the evenings or during weekdays, you may also want to consider Queenston/Lewiston or Peace Bridge/Fort Erie, they are not as busy as Rainbow and are just within easy reach if you have a car anyway.
