I am planning to enroll one year diploma course in canada which helps me to get PR after one year becos I have only 63 points for immigration.

Is it possible to get admission with IELTS General score.????

Why do you keep talking about PNP?
You can try FSW also.
PNP requires demand of whatever you choose to work with.

Choose the city you are most confortable with and look for a job after your graduation.
Maybe you can get a PGWP of 1 year length. Then look for job, ask your employer to apply for LMIA and you will have a high score enough to CIC offer you a PR visa.

U really don't know how to apply universities...
In general, it requires TOEFL or academic IELTS
Or u can study ESL without IELTS, then u can get into University. I saw some Korean guys who is studying at top universities without IELTS. U should ask to ur future university in directly
