If you are an Asian, I would suggest you for grocery store of asian food stuff, which can be developed and expanded further, according to successful sales and responce. There are many stores currently located in different areas but according to me still those are not sufficient to meet the requirememnts of the Asian immigrants.
Canada is a cold country, a very cold country. If you are looking for a warm climate then maybe you need to think again. No matter what anyone tell us its going to be very different in ground Zero. Prepare yourself but mentally to tackle whatever come your way.
Weather may or may not be a challenge, for someone from warmer climate.... extreme cold is going to be a steep hill to climb but not for someone from Siberia or Alaska... It's subjective
Based on this information, I would suggest Ottawa. It's an average-sized city with reasonable rents (the lowest of all major Canadian cities except Montreal, but Montreal has insane taxes), good reputable schools including two universities, has a decent amount of people but is not crowded, is warm in the summer and cold in the winter, has lots of constructions going on, and Ontario in general is one of the more business-friendly places in Canada. Ontario also has among the lowest taxes in Canada, which obviously makes it much more friendly to business.
