I am aware of the benefits of having Canadian PR when living in Canada. But what are the benefits of having a Canadian PR card while not living in Canada?

I don’t see any benefit if u r living outside Canada

Unless u don’t convert your PR status to citizenship status there isn’t much benifit

There are a few countries where travel may be easier for you (no requirement to obtain a visa). That's pretty much it.
