Being asked to submit signed IRCC Form for withdrawal

Can anyone please help? I'm trying to withdraw an application through the IRCC webform and I got the below response. There is no guidance on how to actually sign the form. I attached a signed letter and got the same response. Thank you for your help.

If you wish to withdraw your application, we invite you to send us a signed written request via IRCC Webform before a final decision is reached in your file.

Important reminder

If you're file is being processed outside Canada, please also send your withdrawal request to the responsible visa office.

Yes, it took only two days.
