How to fill out information regarding withdrawal of sponsorship

Hello forum members, thanks for your consideration on this highly sensitive topic...
I received an email from CIC stating:

In your request to withdraw your application, please include the following information:

• Your full name,
• Your date of birth,
• Your address,
• The date you sent your application,
• Your client ID/UCI (if available),
• The type of application (e.g. sponsorship of my spouse),
• The reason for the withdrawal,
• A copy of the e-payment receipt or a copy of both sides of the official receipt (IMM 5401),and
• Signatures of both the principal applicant and sponsor

For sponsorship applications only, please also provide the following information about the principal applicant:

• Full name,
• Client ID/UCI (if available), and
• Date of birth.

Important reminder

If your file is being processed outside Canada, please also send your withdrawal request to the responsible visa office.

I can't obtain a signature of the sponsored person nor the reciept. Time is of the essence and I can't afford to be swindled... Thank you so much ...

Then just send it in without it.

Okay thank you so much I also was told to send with an loe (letter of explanation) CIC is impossible to contact over the phone

You don't need an LOE. Just provide the reason for the withdrawal in the Webform.

They want me to send a physical copy. I don't know why but on the ircc webform it validates at the end and states if the following information is correct. It wasnt but I did manage to get a response and that was what I had posted in this thread. I had many unsuccessful attempts but ircc or CIC got back to me

i filled out the webform as I have to withdraw my application too. I havent receieved any word from my Visa office - New Delhi. What else can I do?

They want a physical copy with your signature for their files because some crazy people (usually families) may send in these things without the sponsor's knowledge.
