1) Giving out all possible information from the employer in a clear and detailed way including explanation for why Canadian citizens or PRs were unable to fill the job role.
2) The interview process , how many candidates were interviewed through each round till you were employed.
3) A great recommendation letter.
4) How close is your application to the work permit expiry. Mine is expiring in May and hence they prioritize applications as per the need of the candidates.
BTW, whats the current status of your application, Applied or Processing?

Need your suggestion and how to go with my current situation
I am on WP right now and current job offer is under NOC 0213.
I will be starting my Job on 5th May 2022. Employer is ready to support me to apply under BC PNP tech.
My question is
Under BC PNP Tech does the employer need to go thru the LMIA process?
There is no probation period in my offer letter, can I apply immediately after joining.
How long does it take to get an invitation and what are the important things to keep in mind while filing.
I have a fair idea abt the BC PNP TECH but I am sure I might be missing some details.
Would greatly appreciate a quick response.

I have received BCPNP nomination approval email on 14th April but my EE Profile is not showing an option to accept the invitation. How long did it take for you to see BCPNP invitation in EE after BCPNP approval. Thank you!
