as far as I know we only need to get FBI fingerprinting done to satisfy PCC requirement. This is where we give them the list of all US addresses (xyz number of States). Then when the report comes, we send it to CIC.
This is the very first time that I hear about individual US States PCC.
For example:
I was in CT long ago and from the following url for CT's PCC doesn't mention anything on duration of stay & which address(present or CT address) to mention in their pdf.
And we need to get PCC from Arkansas, Oklahoma and Virginia. The Arkansas one is so confusing. I saw the application I need to fill out but I dont get it at all.
the upper part asks for name, mailing address, driver license # and the bottom part asks for signature of the person who asks for PCC, namely myself and there is place for a notary.
So, do I give my present address in Virginia and DL #? Or the old Arkansas adress and I dont even remember the old Arkansas DL #..
I just mailed my application to CIC (AINP) with fingerprint card from FBI and PCC from home country (no state certificate). I didn't check the CIC website for any updates:-( Is there a cutoff/start date for this? I couldn't find any online..I hope I don't get my application back..all this running around is tiring!
It is a new rule this is the reason given by PMM.

sid,
i am going to wait until i have everything in hand before submitting my application.
you may go ahead and send yours without the state pcc's. its not a bad risk to take since they've just introduced the requirement. jmho.
Congratulations Sid. It seems some of the guys submitted to CIC without PCCs and along with a note that they have applied for PCCs. Check out in trackiit site.
Whats your NOC?
I lived in NJ a few years back and now I live in Texas. According to the info in the website I have to travel to NJ with my wife to get fingerprinted. I'm not even talking about the extra expenses... This is a hassle!!! Is there anybody in the same situation or who knows more information about NJ?
