I am applying for my BC PNP TECH PILOT, My NOC code is 2282.

1. Do I need to complete the express entry profile?

2. Is an English test required?

HI,

You must go with the one of the below 2 options.
1. Express Entry - Skilled Migration
2. PNP - Skilled Migration

BC PNP Tech Pilot isn't separate migration stream, it is just program to identify and attract tech people.
If you choose 2nd one you don't need the express entry profile.

Similarly, 2nd one not expecting the IELTS if you don't need points. Obviously you need IELTS for Express entry option.

HI guys, there is something I would like to ask to get clear understanding. Let say I apply for BC PNP under Skilled Migration and get the Nomination, can this nomination be used in an Express Entry? I read in BC PNP Program guide Skilled Migration then paper application process for applying to IRCC for permanent residence only.
