thank you @grattan@Miss bee
Ok, so with flagpoling you skip the processing times basically.
Ah, I did not see on the CIC website any notes that we can't flagpole, so wasn't sure if we can do it now or not...
EDIT: I see Grattan mentioned that I can still flagpole

Monday i visited border for my wife's open work permit then the officer said that they can issue only if you have any type of job offer (not necessary essential services these days).

Haven't been to the border, but I believe you would need to be a job offer via one of the immigration programs (PNP/LMIA...) - it can't be just a random company giving you a job offer. I could be wrong, but that is how I understand it.

Hi Everyone! I have a specific question related to the BC Tech Pilot and the job offer requirements.
Does anyone knows if I can apply or be accepted by the program having a full time job offer for a remote/virtual position in BC?
My company’s headquarters is located in Ontario, however it has employees across Canada, in some cities they have physical offices, but in BC all employees works from home.
In that case, the job letter will indicate my BC home address as the working location.
I’d greatly appreciate if anyone could share similar experience or knowledge about it.
Hi buddies! Shall I apply for ECA first BEFORE I create my express entry profile? Do I need any express entry profile reference no. when I apply for ECA? Thank you!
This is within the normal processing timeframe as per the details on their website, 2-3 months time. You should hear something close to 3rd month from your application submission. Ours was submitted on July 7th and we are also seeing the same status

Once a person has applied in BC Tech Pilot with support from an employer (valid job offer with 120 days remaining on application date), does the system again puts the candidate profile into a pool and the highest ones will be selected ? please if you can clarify ? is there any BC Tech Pilot draw scores grid ?
