Good day. I provided a resume for BC PNP but I only included there some related experience required in application.
For context, I was working since 2012 but I only included in my resume related experience since 2017 to 2024.
Now if I was nominated, the IRCC will have the same resume right? I wonder if its okay that my personal history (that I will provide to the IRCC) from 2014 to 2024 will be different from my resume?
You don’t need to submit resume with your PR application however you should include each and every activity and job in your personal history form .

Thank you for the reply. However, I submitted a resume in the BC PNP that is only from 2017. They approved my application and now I'm applying in IRCC. Wonder if that will pose any problem since I need to supply my personal history until 2014. I heard so many stories of rejection because the papers they supplied during BC PNP application was different in IRCC level.

It won’t be any issue. You don’t need to submit resume while applying PR application. You should include each and every job and address history in personal history section. You can’t leave gaps .
