Did anyone's status change to in process this week ?

Mine changed from applied to in process around April 3rd, asked for additional documents and reached out to employer as a part of preliminary process.

How long do they usually to take to come into a decision?

I have changed my status from worker to visitor, so current status in canada, along with confirmation from my employer if the job offer is still valid.

No, they said I would receive an e-mail but no timeframe.
