What is the difference between BC PNP Int'l Graduate under Skills Immigration vs BC PNP Int'l Graduate under Express Entry?

To qualify BC PNP express entry, in addition to meet requirements of BC PNP, you need one year work experience in NOC 0, A, B jobs. Once nominated and submitted complete application to IRCC, you will get permanent resident in 6 months.

If you choose regular BC PNP(non-EE), you just need to meet requirement of BC PNP(no prior work experience required). Once BC PNP nominates you and you submit applications to IRCC, the processing time is 15 months.
