I graduated on May 2019 and applied for PGWP on 05/2019. My study permit expired on the last day of 06/2019 and I got the working permit on 09/2019. However, I had a job on 07/2019 and working during that period under implied status. My question is if my working experience from 07/2019 to 09/2019 (which is under implied status) count for BC PNP?
According to this version of the Program Guide, I think so when the mentioned job (for Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker) meets the following criteria:
1) (minimum two years of) directly related full-time (or full-time equivalent) work experience in the skilled occupation
Jobs need to the same NOC code, but a different job which has a different NOC code that requires the equivalent or a greater skill level might also be counted.
For instance, taking an example of the IT industry, work experience from 2172 (data analyst/admin) and 2174 (software developer) is acceptable if your intended job is 2174.
2) an offer of indeterminate*, full-time employment from an eligible B.C. employer at a wage that meets industry standards
self-explanatory
3) evidence that you meet minimum income requirements
self-explanatory
Thanks @RoTaBl. I satisfied all the other criteria, just so worried if they count my working experience gained under implied status. Hope it will be fine.
